Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Fullstack Development:
-
Build and maintain web applications using Node.js and React.js.
-
Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.
-
Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code.
2. Backend Development (Node.js):
-
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
-
Work with databases like MySQL and MongoDB for schema design and data integrity.
-
Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data flow.
-
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
3. Frontend Development (React.js):
-
Develop responsive UI with modern UX principles.
-
Optimize apps for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Use state management tools like Redux or Context API.
4. Code Quality & Best Practices:
-
Promote clean code and engineering best practices.
-
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
-
Maintain technical documentation.
5. Testing and Debugging:

Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Collaborate with QA for product quality.

Debug and resolve issues across the stack.
6. CI/CD and Deployment:

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Deploy to production/staging on AWS/GCP/Azure.

Monitor performance and ensure scalability.
7. Collaboration:

Work with Product Managers, Designers, and teams.

Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups.

Share updates and flag blockers.
8. Continuous Improvement:

Explore and implement new technologies.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning.
9. Security:

Follow security best practices (OWASP, secure coding).

Run vulnerability assessments and address issues.
10. DevOps and Cloud Integration:

Use Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.

Manage cloud infrastructure and serverless functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8 years of experience in full-stack development with strong Node.js and React.js expertise.

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Strong understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.

Hands-on experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, Docker.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the sports-tech domain or real-time data applications.

Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP and serverless computing.
