We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Ghee Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our premium ghee products across retail and wholesale markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors to promote and sell ghee products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and keep tabs on competitor activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and gather customer feedback.
Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
Coordinate with logistics/distribution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Experience in FMCG or dairy product sales (preferably ghee, butter, or milk).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work independently.
Knowledge of local market trends and customer behaviors.
Valid driving license (if field visits are required).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, especially in dairy or food segments.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
