What You’ll Do

???? Strategy & Planning

✔️ Develop & execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
✔️ Define campaign goals & KPIs (Cost per Lead, Customer Acquisition Cost, ROI).

???? Execution & Optimization

✔️ Launch & optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
✔️ Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, & funnel touchpoints.
✔️ Refine targeting, bidding strategies, & budget allocations based on data insights.

???? Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Page Optimization (LPO)

✔️ Build, test, and improve landing pages for higher conversions.
✔️ Work with design & development teams to enhance user experience.

???? Analytics & Attribution

✔️ Set up & maintain tracking in Google Analytics (GA4), CRM tools, & automation platforms.
✔️ Perform attribution analysis (multi-touch, last-click, etc.) to optimize ad spend.
✔️ Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & next steps.


Key KPIs & Success Metrics

???? Lower CPL/CAC: Reduce Cost per Lead & Customer Acquisition Cost.
???? Higher Conversion Rates: Improve landing page & funnel conversions.
???? ROAS/ROI Targets: Achieve return on ad spend & revenue growth.
???? Pipeline Contribution: Generate revenue & leads through paid campaigns.


What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven case studies of running & optimizing Google, Meta, LinkedIn, & programmatic ads.
✔️ Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Zoho CRM, & Mamagato.
✔️ Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize preferred).
✔️ Strong data analysis & reporting skills using Google Data Studio.
✔️ Excellent communication & teamwork skills to collaborate with designers, developers, & clients.
