Job Description:
We are looking for female candidates to join us as Holiday Sales Representatives, working from home. This is a remote sales position where you will be responsible for assisting customers with cruise packages and holiday bookings. You'll be working closely with customers to understand their requirements, guiding them through the booking process, and offering tailored recommendations for their holiday needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Connect with prospects and customers via incoming/outgoing calls, chats, and web queries to assist with cruise-related inquiries.

Sales Support: Understand customer needs and recommend the best cruise packages or holiday products based on their preferences.

Booking Assistance: Help finalize the customer’s choice and assist in booking the package via CRM and the company website.

Sales Targets: Engage with customers to promote online sales and close deals effectively.

Training: Participate in a 4-7 day training on Sales, Process, Product, and Tools.
Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience in Sales (Travel, Hospitality, Cruise Sales, or similar industries is preferred).

Self-motivated and passionate about sales.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer queries effectively.

Ability to manage work from home setup (with a peaceful working environment).
