Job Description:
As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing home loan solutions to customers looking to purchase property in partner projects by evaluating customers' financials. You will also be responsible for managing relationships at the site level, driving business from assigned accounts, and collaborating with other teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Home Loan Solution:
Provide home loan solutions to customers and evaluate their financials to offer the best loan options. -
Business Development:
Follow up with customers to provide the desired loan solution and manage relationships with Sales Heads, CRM Heads, and other teams. -
Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure the best possible loan options for clients. -
Account Management:
Manage business for assigned accounts (projects) and ensure a smooth relationship with the stakeholders. -
Reporting and MIS:
Maintain proper daily reporting and MIS for bankers present at the site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Home Loan Advisory. -

Language:
Proficiency in English is preferred.
