Position Overview:

As a Coordinator (HR, Sales & Operations), you’ll play a key role across multiple departments, supporting recruitment, client engagement, sales team coordination, and internal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience looking to gain all-round exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

???? HR Coordination:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

  • Maintain and manage employee data and respond to basic HR queries.

???? Sales Support:

  • Coordinate with the sales team on lead tracking, proposals, and client follow-ups.

  • Maintain updated records in CRM platforms.

???? Operations Oversight:

  • Support daily business operations and internal process workflows.

  • Handle office coordination, vendor management, and basic procurement tasks.

???? CRM & Documentation:

  • Manage contracts, trackers, and documentation in HR and CRM systems.

  • Generate reports for HR, sales, and operational activities.

???? Meeting & Vendor Coordination:

  • Schedule internal/external meetings, prepare MoMs, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Assist in vendor follow-ups and payment coordination.


Key Skills Required:

  • Versatility & Adaptability to manage a range of tasks.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and basic HR tools.

  • Organized & detail-oriented, with multitasking ability.

  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive & self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
