Overall Purpose:
The Implementation Engineer plays a crucial role in planning and executing implementation activities for airline deliveries and associated services. This position ensures a seamless transition for airline engineers and business processes while optimizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Management:
✅ Assist in overall project planning and ensure milestones are met.
✅ Identify risks and provide timely reports to management.
✅ Anticipate problems and provide effective solutions.
✅ Coordinate with various stakeholders during implementation.
Implementation Activities:
✅ Define and execute the migration strategy from legacy airline systems to Amadeus products.
✅ Support airlines in reengineering business processes for better revenue optimization.
✅ Configure system setups based on customer requirements and agreed project scope.
✅ Oversee and rectify documented issues during the migration process.
✅ Conduct testing with customers to ensure successful implementation.
✅ Execute necessary steps for cutover rehearsals and production cutovers.
Quality Assurance:
✅ Ensure high-quality deliverables and process efficiency.
✅ Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate strategies.
✅ Document and support industrialization of implementation processes.
Required Skills & Expertise:

???? Knowledge of airline business processes and IT architecture.
???? Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
