Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the jewelry sector or e-commerce. This role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with customers, can build lasting relationships, and has a passion for high-value online sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing expert guidance on diamonds and fine jewelry.

Online Sales: Understand customer preferences and recommend products aligned with their style and budget.

Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on jewelry trends, product specifications, and Rare Carat offerings to educate customers effectively.

CRM Maintenance: Record customer interactions and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.


Qualifications:

✔️ 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, jewelry retail, or e-commerce.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry is a strong plus.
✔️ Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a customer-first mindset.
✔️ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace).
✔️ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
