Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Advisor, your primary focus will be providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding new vehicle purchases. You will work on vehicle configurations and assist reservation holders in converting their reservations into production orders. Ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction will be a key part of your role.


Key Responsibilities

???? Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding Tesla vehicle purchases.
  • Guide reservation holders through the reservation-to-production process.
  • Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

???? Team Development & Performance Management

  • Develop, train, and build the Tesla inside sales team.
  • Design and adapt operational procedures for inside sales in India.
  • Establish performance metrics and manage ongoing team performance.

???? Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with showroom and field sales teams to ensure a high level of conversion.
  • Align and coordinate sales processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Continuously improve Tesla's purchasing procedures and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Leadership & Communication: Strong influential leadership and relationship management skills.
Sales & Customer Service Expertise: Experience managing telesales teams and working in a customer-facing role.
Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused: Ability to prioritize effectively and manage shifting priorities.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience in customer engagement is equally valued.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
