???? Lead Generation & Cold Calling
✔ Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients via LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
✔ Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
✔ Generate and follow up on leads through WhatsApp, emails, and calls.
???? Sales & Client Communication
✔ Work on CRM tools for mailing, quotations, proforma invoices, and sales processes.
✔ Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition.
✔ Make outbound calls to cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
✔ Address client needs and ensure effective communication.
???? Sales Operations & Documentation
✔ Prepare and submit proforma invoices as per client requirements.
✔ Maintain accurate sales records and track progress towards targets.
✔ Work in a team environment to achieve individual and team sales goals.
???? Experience:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling & sales (preferred).
✔ Previous experience in lead generation and client handling.
???? Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, and CRM software.
✔ Strong computer literacy for managing sales documentation.
???? Communication & Work Environment:
✔ Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Ability to engage with clients professionally and handle negotiations.
