Job Description:

Are you a people person with persuasive energy, great communication, and a sharp sense for opportunity? TrueFan is looking for a driven Inbound Sales Executive to help convert warm leads into long-term customers and play a key role in accelerating our growth.


Key Responsibilities:

???? Drive Business Development

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into paying consumers.

  • Quickly identify brand/client needs and guide them toward the right solution.

???? Build & Maintain Client Relationships

  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong, ongoing connections.

  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure a fantastic customer experience.

???? Achieve Sales Goals

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Consistently contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

???? Reporting & CRM Updates

  • Keep CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared) up-to-date with all client and sales activity.

  • Share insights and suggestions based on sales pipeline progress.

???? Collect Customer Feedback

  • Capture feedback to help improve product and service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong self-motivation and time management

  • Familiarity with LeadSquared is a plus (training available if needed)

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Comfort with working 6 days a week, including Saturdays from home
