Job Description:
Cryoviva Biotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for:

Client Relations & Communication: Building and managing relationships with clients, primarily pregnant women, educating them about the importance of stem cell preservation and its potential future benefits.

Counseling & Information: Acting as a counselor, answering client queries, and assisting expectant mothers in understanding the stem cell preservation process.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Working closely with doctors and hospital staff to ensure smooth communication between Cryoviva and clients.

Goal: The primary goal is to convince expectant mothers to opt for Cryoviva's stem cell preservation services.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduates or Post-graduates from a Life Sciences background such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics, etc.

Preferred Education: Master's degree (preferred)
