Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team and promote our ISMS/Cybersecurity training courses to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with a world-class sales team to sell top IT/Cybersecurity courses.
- Identify and actively seek new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media.
- Engage in marketing activities, including webinars and free workshops.
- Handle website live chat to assist potential customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in inside sales (Required).
- Industry Preference: Education/Training industry.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Go-getter and self-starter attitude.
- Interest in technology and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with ISMS/cybersecurity training is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Experience Required: 1 year in inside sales & academic counseling.
- Preferred Location: Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- Work Mode: In-person.
