Job Description
We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales Manager to support our growing Dubai-based luxury fragrance solutions company. If you're a high-energy sales professional looking to join a dynamic, international brand, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to businesses in Dubai using our dialer and database

Schedule product demo appointments with corporate clients

Coordinate with our Fragrance Solutions Executive for live demos

Manage follow-ups to ensure a high appointment confirmation rate

Build strong relationships with prospects to drive subscription closures
What We’re Looking For:

Must Have: Own laptop, stable internet connection, and professional headset

Prior inside sales or telesales experience

Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent

Strong communication skills and a goal-driven, positive attitude
