Role Overview – Admissions Counselor
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor for our Gurugram location. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting our courses to prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Student Communication:

Engage with potential students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Offer comprehensive information on available courses and guide applicants through the admissions process.
✅ Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
✅ Sales & Promotion:

Promote AnalytixLabs’ programs to drive student enrollment.

Meet and exceed admissions targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
✅ Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data.

Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage communication.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
-
Prior sales and customer service experience.

Preferably in the education industry.

Skills:
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to engage and influence prospective students.

Proficiency in using CRM software is an advantage.
