We are looking for high-energy International Sales Executives to help develop and execute sales strategies in international markets, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and cultural adaptability skills, along with an understanding of international business practices.
Identifying and Developing New Business: Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to international audiences.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support sales efforts.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sales processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience: Proven experience in international sales, business development, or a related field.
International Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international markets, cultures, and business practices.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Cultural Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different cultures and work effectively in diverse environments.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Sales Skills: Strong cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals skills.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and sales process management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex sales-related issues.
Travel Willingness: Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific).
