Job Responsibilities
???? Software Development & Architecture:
- Lead the design and development of complex software features using Java and Oracle.
- Produce reusable, high-quality technical components.
- Develop clear and efficient code with proper documentation.
???? Database & Cloud Expertise:
- Utilize strong relational database skills with MySQL and Oracle.
- Deploy applications in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment using AWS.
???? Agile & Collaboration:
- Work in Scrum/Agile development environments and follow adaptive software development lifecycle practices.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA teams, and developers.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance.
???? Code Quality & Troubleshooting:
- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Engage in production support by addressing service requests and resolving issues.
???? Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to development process improvements and software architecture enhancements.
- Stay updated with modern technologies and development practices.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Must-Have:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Java development.
✔ Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripts.
✔ Strong knowledge of software architecture and design principles.
✔ Experience working in a Full Stack development environment.
✔ Effective leadership, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
✅ Preferred:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
✔ Experience with Agile principles and practices.
