✔ Interpret application/feature/component design and develop accordingly.
✔ Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
✔ Validate results with user representatives and integrate/commission the overall solution.
✔ Select the best technical options—reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components when possible.
✔ Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality.
✔ Influence and improve customer satisfaction.
✔ Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback on team members’ goals.

✔ Adherence to engineering process and coding standards.
✔ Meeting project schedules and timelines.

✔ Code quality—minimizing defects and compliance issues.

Configuration Management:

Domain Relevance:
