About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in Java and Spring frameworks to join our Engineering Team. This is a hands-on position, requiring leadership skills to manage projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to high-scale software solutions.

Experience: 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
Responsibilities

Software Design: Participate in designing software solutions from scratch.

Accountability: Responsible for project delivery, scalability, quality, and maintainability.

Meetings: Attend regular brainstorming sessions and project updates with management and stakeholders.

Code Quality: Write high-quality code using best practices and unit tests.

Simplification: Identify opportunities to simplify complex systems and processes.

Mentoring: Train and mentor mid-level and junior developers, reviewing their code.

Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on modern software architecture and trends, guiding developers in their application.

CI/CD Implementation: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for new and existing projects.

Internal Talks: Lead discussions about new features and products.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
-
6+ years of professional software development experience.
-
4+ years of experience with Java and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security).

2+ years of experience in contributing to the architecture and design of large, high-scale web and mobile applications.
-
2+ years of experience working on Unix/Linux platforms.
-
B.E. / B.Tech or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
-
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.

Solid background in design patterns, system design, and test-driven development.
-
Familiar with distributed systems.
-
Experience in building complex web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/AJAX/JQuery.
Preferred Skills:
