???? Experience: 4-8 years
???? Expertise: Social media marketing, influencer marketing, youth-centric brands
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage multiple accounts, building strong relationships with senior clients
✅ Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and satisfaction
✅ Oversee campaigns, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to exceed key performance metrics
✅ Analyze campaign data, adjusting strategies to maximize impact
✅ Research social media trends, consumer behavior, and best practices
✅ Plan brand social media programming (BAU, festive, marketing calendar)
✅ Ensure high efficiency, performance, and profitability for the team
✅ Lead and motivate the team, managing workflow and performance
✅ Set up team OKRs and conduct regular reviews
✅ Work with management on strategy and new business development
✅ Develop influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
✅ Identify, negotiate, and contract top influencers for advertising partnerships
✅ Maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and KOLs
✅ Attend industry events for networking and business growth
???? Strong knowledge of India’s digital content trends and influencer landscape
???? Experience working with youth-centric brands on high-volume influencer campaigns
???? Team management experience
???? Ability to multi-task and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
