This role focuses on driving subscriptions and viewership growth using consumer insights, market analytics, and continuous optimization.


Qualifications & Experience

Education: Postgraduate Diploma / MBA in Marketing Management.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a growth-focused role.
Expertise in:

  • Managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytics-based strategy optimization.
  • Working independently and taking initiative as a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

✅ Analyze historical brand and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
✅ Monitor Google, Facebook, and other emerging digital channels to stay ahead of trends.
✅ Adapt strategies based on consumer behavior and market dynamics.
✅ Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
✅ Convert marketing objectives into actionable growth plans with clear KPIs.
✅ Utilize a test-and-learn approach to optimize marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, affiliates, and programmatic platforms.
✅ Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

2. Data-Driven Optimization & Growth Hacking

✅ Manage the marketing funnel by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns in real-time.
✅ Utilize advanced analytical tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Looker to gain valuable insights.
✅ Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
✅ Work closely with the analytics team to rapidly scale successful strategies.
