Role: Market Research Executive
We are looking for a Market Research Executive to support our research efforts, including primary and secondary research, analyzing trends, and identifying strategic industry insights.
Key Responsibilities
???? Market & Industry Research – Conduct industry analysis to identify potential accounts/companies.
???? Database Generation – Build a solid database of target companies, relevant contacts, and contact details.
???? Support Sales Campaigns – Assist Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing targeted databases.
???? Meet Research Goals – Achieve monthly & quarterly research targets.
???? Market Mapping – Identify niche markets and align Sprinto’s offerings accordingly.
???? Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with sales & growth teams to support business expansion.
???? Data Reporting – Generate reports on database creation and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
✔ Experience: Basic understanding of primary & secondary research.
✔ Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, HubSpot, Outplay, etc.
✔ Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills.
✔ Learning Mindset: Must be willing to learn and deliver measurable results.
