Role Overview
We are looking for a Market Research Executive to conduct in-depth primary & secondary research, analyze industry trends, and generate valuable data to support our sales and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
???? Market & Industry Analysis
✔ Identify target companies/accounts through in-depth market research.
✔ Analyze industry trends and create strategies for lead generation.
???? Database Generation & Lead Research
✔ Build and maintain a solid database of relevant target companies and contacts.
✔ Work closely with Sales & Growth teams to support campaigns.
✔ Meet monthly & quarterly research and lead generation targets.
???? Target Market Mapping
✔ Understand customer characteristics and map Sprinto’s offerings to the right market.
✔ Identify niche contacts and accounts in different regions.
???? Collaboration & Reporting
✔ Communicate with internal teams to understand their research needs.
✔ Generate reports on research findings and help optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
✔ Experience:
???? 2.5 to 6 years of relevant experience in market research.
✔ Skills & Knowledge:
???? Strong primary & secondary research skills.
???? Proficiency in Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, HubSpot, Outplay, etc.
???? Excellent oral & written communication skills.
???? A self-starter with a track record of delivering results.
