We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in India from our Gurugram office.

✔ Implement marketing and COMEX initiatives tailored to India’s market and customer preferences.
✔ Align marketing strategies with local pricing and global brand positioning.
✔ Establish a strong online presence and enhance brand positioning in India’s digital market.
✔ Execute targeted digital campaigns to engage the Indian audience.
✔ Drive sales growth and brand recognition through POS activities, trade marketing, and targeted campaigns.
✔ Develop tailored GTM strategies for different Indian market segments (residential, commercial, infrastructure).
✔ Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory and market standards.
✔ Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to market launch and optimization.
✔ Ensure products meet local market demands and comply with Indian regulations.
✔ Create engaging content for the Indian version of Knauf.com.
✔ Lead online campaigns to boost customer engagement and lead generation.
✔ Ensure a unified digital and social media presence across local and global platforms.
✔ Implement best practices for consistent brand messaging.
✔ Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to analyze customer behavior and market trends.
✔ Apply insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
✔ Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in brand positioning, digital marketing, and GTM strategy.
✔ Strategic Planning: Ability to develop efficient business plans across marketing functions.
✔ Relationship Building: Strong ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
✔ Leadership & Communication: Effective influencing, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
✔ Analytical & Problem-Solving: Data-driven mindset to analyze trends and drive business success.
