We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partner and event marketing, especially in the startup/SaaS environments. This role focuses on developing marketing initiatives that deliver business impact and measurable outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and partners, understanding business needs and goals.
Create and deliver marketing materials such as joint collateral, webinars, and events to educate and engage joint prospects.
Lead the operational execution of flagship Contentstack-hosted events worldwide.
Lead EMEA-based partner events, coordinating with partner relationship managers and field marketing.
Track and report on the performance of partner marketing and regional events, providing recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure partners receive a high-quality Contentstack experience.
Manage partner marketing campaigns from planning through execution, and help track their performance.
Experience: 3-5 years in event or field marketing, ideally within startups/SaaS environments.
Partner Marketing: 3-5 years of experience in partner or channel marketing is preferred.
Skills: Ability to execute third-party events and Contentstack events, and build and execute partner marketing playbooks.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with partner teams, marketing, customer success, sales, and product teams.
Budget Management: Experience managing budgets, forecasting, allocating, and optimizing spend across multiple programs while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and sales.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
Tools: Familiarity with partner marketing tech stack tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Analytics).
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of content management and/or headless CMS market is a plus.
Location: Must be based in or near London and willing to travel for the role.

Base Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 (depending on skills and experience)
Contract: This will start as a one-year contract with the possibility of converting to an indefinite contract after evaluation.
