Job Description – Marketplace Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Marketplace Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Seller Central and hands-on experience in managing and optimizing product listings across marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, and Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing Management & Optimization
- Create, update, and manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other platforms
- Ensure accuracy and optimization of product details, including:
- Titles
- Bullet points
- Images
- Pricing
- Categories
- Keywords
- Promotions
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace standards and are optimized for maximum conversion rates
2. Amazon PPC Campaigns
- Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI
- Adjust strategies based on market trends and analytics
3. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent stockouts
- Ensure timely restocking in collaboration with supply chain teams
- Optimize inventory turnover to improve efficiency
4. Sales Growth Strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and product visibility
- Optimize listings, manage promotions, and refine marketing strategies
- Take ownership of tasks to drive sales performance
5. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Track product performance & key metrics using Excel
- Generate data-driven insights for internal teams
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketplace performance
6. Market Knowledge & Algorithm Optimization
- Stay updated on Amazon marketplace algorithms and trends
- Ensure high-ranking listings for maximum discoverability
7. Team Collaboration & Support
- Assist the team with various e-commerce tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work as per US business hours when required
8. Quality Control & Customer Focus
- Maintain high accuracy standards for all listings
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction

1. Marketplace Expertise
✔ Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, eBay listings
