About Modelle
Modelle, a leading Australian modest fashion brand, is seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to expand our presence across online marketplaces. You will manage product listings from our Shopify store to platforms like Amazon using the Amazon Seller portal and Marketplace Connect app. Additionally, you will identify and explore new marketplace opportunities to drive sales and enhance our brand's digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Marketplace Management:
-
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
-
Use Marketplace Connect to efficiently upload products from Shopify.
-
Monitor and resolve any listing issues, including suppressed product listings.
✅ Strategy & Growth:
-
Identify new marketplace opportunities to expand brand exposure.
-
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize marketplace performance.
-
Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven insights to improve sales.
✅ Operational Excellence:
-
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve operational issues.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate product information.
-
Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for optimization.
Requirements
✔️ Must-Have:
-
1+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Accounts.
-
1+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
-
Proficiency in using Shopify and Marketplace Connect for product uploads.
-
Strong understanding of online sales strategies and marketplace operations.
-
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance reports.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Preferred:
-
Experience working with Australian marketplaces (e.g., Catch, MyDeal, eBay Australia).

Background in the fashion or retail industry.

Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace algorithms.
