????️ Job Description
As an M365 Technical Advisor, you will provide technical support and advice to customers, assisting them in maximizing the value of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Your role will involve troubleshooting customer issues, offering guidance, and facilitating the transition from a trial to a perpetual Microsoft 365 subscription.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle technical support requests from customers using Microsoft 365 trials.

Troubleshoot issues with M365 tools and offer technical advice through chats and phone calls.

Help customers understand their needs and assist them in utilizing the full suite of Microsoft 365 features, with the goal of upgrading to a full subscription.

Provide support on admin-related questions, such as domain registration, Office installation, and M365 feature utilization.
-
Encourage customers to increase license consumption and product usage.
Requirements:
-
Strong advisory or technical implementation experience in Microsoft 365.
-
Expertise in handling Microsoft 365 migrations.
-
Ability to work with customers to troubleshoot issues and guide them toward solutions.

Familiarity with M365 technical architecture.
-
Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
-
MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are highly preferred, but not mandatory.
-
RAVE experience is a plus (not required).

Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates installed (latest version).

Minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended).

Core i3 processor (i5 recommended).

256 GB SSD (recommended).

Must not be using Wi-Fi; a LAN (local area network) is required.

Minimum 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
