Job Description:
As an M365 Technical Advisor, you will provide technical support and advice to customers using Microsoft 365. Your role will include troubleshooting technical issues, understanding customer needs, and guiding them to fully utilize the features of Microsoft 365. You will work with customers who have subscribed to a Microsoft 365 trial and help them transition to a paid subscription, increasing workload usage and license consumption.
You will assist customers with:

Addressing technical advisory and implementation queries via chats and phone calls.

Resolving issues related to M365 tools such as the M365 web application, domain registration, Office installation, and feature usage.

Understanding customer needs to ensure they use the full capabilities of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in technical advisory or technical implementation.
-
Strong consultative skills within a Microsoft 365 environment.

Expertise in handling Microsoft Migrations.
-
Microsoft certifications such as MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, and MCSEs are preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with RAVE (optional).
-
Ability to manage customer relationships, provide technical guidance, and motivate customers towards solutions.
