Position Overview
As a Travel Sales Executive, you will play a key role in assisting customers in selecting and booking their ideal cruise vacations. You will engage with potential customers, understand their preferences, and guide them toward the best cruise options. If you have a background in engineering or tourism, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Engagement & Sales:

Respond to inbound inquiries and actively engage with potential customers.

Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs, budgets, and travel dates.

Convert leads into bookings by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
✅ Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
✅ Product Knowledge & Strategy:

Stay updated on cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, and promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Qualifications
✔️ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Tourism, or a related field (Required).

0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
✔️ Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software (Preferred).
✔️ Other Requirements:

Passion for travel and a keen interest in the cruise industry is a plus.

Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to HSR Layout, Bengaluru before starting.
