As a Research Quality Documentation Specialist, you will play a key role in summarizing physician-patient encounters in ambient settings, contributing to the development of AI models through high-quality annotations and documentation.
???? Key Responsibilities

Summarize physician-patient conversations with precision.

Capture clinical content with very high accuracy as per research guidelines.

Review and cross-annotate reports completed by other specialists.

Edit AI-generated draft transcripts as per specifications.

Maintain formatting standards as per research documentation protocols.

Ensure consistency and quality in all annotations and edits.
-
Adapt quickly to changes in the training or annotation processes.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in medical scribing.

Expertise in multiple medical specialties.
-
Deep knowledge of medical terminology, AHDI guidelines, and transcription protocols.

Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Exceptional listening skills and familiarity with diverse dialects and accents.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with word processing, dictation, transcription tools, and reference materials.
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant field
