As a Program Manager at Open Door, you will play a key role in transforming STEM instruction across multiple schools. You will oversee the implementation of our Assessment for Learning program, guide educators, and manage a small team to ensure exceptional execution.
???? Key Responsibilities

Oversee the rollout and operations of the Open Door Assessment Program in 30+ schools across select Indian regions.

Conduct training sessions for science and mathematics teachers to improve classroom teaching and learning.

Lead, coach, and manage a small team of two to ensure effective coordination and execution.

Collaborate with school leadership and internal teams to ensure continuous program improvement.
???? Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: M.Sc / B.Tech / MBA from top-tier institutes such as IITs, NITs, IISc, IISERs, or IIMs.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Deep understanding of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics

Strong communication and presentation skills
