Job Description

We are hiring a stellar candidate to lead performance marketing across channels, including Google and Meta, for our brand. The ideal candidate will be expected to drive and lead the performance marketing function. They should design impactful marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROAS and brand visibility across all digital channels. The candidate should also have knowledge of the full funnel of an eCommerce website and hands-on experience with Google and Meta ad campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development

    • Collaborate with founders and the team to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

    • Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and create data-driven plans to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution

    • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta, email marketing, and others.

    • Track and optimize KPIs for marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and social media engagement to maximize ROI.

  • Data Analysis and Optimization

    • Utilize analytical tools and tracking platforms to monitor campaign performance.

    • Perform A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and conversion rate optimization to enhance digital performance.

    • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve ROI.

    • Set up funnel tracking and data analytics to improve Ads performance.

  • Reporting and Performance Analysis

    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

    • Present findings to the founders and contribute to improving ROI and profitability strategy.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role with D2C brands

  • Experience with D2C brands in the Jewelry/Home Textiles category is preferred

  • Proven success in creating and executing successful marketing strategies

  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills

  • Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy
