Job Description:
The role includes responsibilities across Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy billing operations, along with pharmacy inventory and patient interaction duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Patient Support:
-
Handle end-to-end Outpatient and Inpatient billing
-
Prepare treatment estimates based on doctor prescriptions
-
Print invoices and collect payments for medicines/therapies
-
Help patients fill out required forms and gather billing or insurance information
-
Provide accurate billing details to patients and other hospital departments
-
Generate and share daily revenue reports with leadership
Pharmacy Operations:
-
Disburse prescribed medicines with proper usage instructions
-
Prepare medicines using accurate dosages and materials
-
Maintain an organized and efficient pharmacy layout for quick access
-
Ensure complete inventory control for both In-Patient and Out-Patient medicines
-
Monitor stock levels, raise purchase orders proactively
-
Coordinate with physicians to manage near-expiry stocks and reduce losses
