Reporting To: Mr. Tushar Anand (Director)
Preferred Gender: Male/Female (Any)
Software Knowledge Required: MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite
Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years
Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Business Management
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process Management: Oversee and manage manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards like ISO, FDA.
✔ Quality Control: Ensure all processes meet quality standards and troubleshoot process inefficiencies.
✔ Documentation: Maintain detailed records of workflows, performance metrics, and compliance reports.
✔ Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to streamline processes.
✔ Training & Support: Assist in training staff on new or updated processes for smooth workflow transitions.
✔ Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
✔ Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports on process efficiency, bottlenecks, and improvements to senior management.
