What You’ll Do

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world-class products.
    • Partner with technical teams to translate customer needs into actionable technology solutions.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Envision business objectives and develop product roadmaps.
    • Understand business traveler pain points and advocate for solutions that address them.
    • Lead product execution from inception through deployment, using data and sound judgment to shape strategy and define clear roadmaps.
    • Prioritize initiatives for maximum impact and anticipate delivery risks, managing trade-offs effectively.
  • Leadership & Communication:

    • Act as a catalyst for change, influencing the broader organization and our community of leaders.
    • Build strong relationships and make transparent decisions across diverse teams.
    • Rigorously execute experiments, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
