What You’ll Do

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world-class products.
- Partner with technical teams to translate customer needs into actionable technology solutions.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Envision business objectives and develop product roadmaps.
- Understand business traveler pain points and advocate for solutions that address them.
- Lead product execution from inception through deployment, using data and sound judgment to shape strategy and define clear roadmaps.
- Prioritize initiatives for maximum impact and anticipate delivery risks, managing trade-offs effectively.

- Act as a catalyst for change, influencing the broader organization and our community of leaders.
- Build strong relationships and make transparent decisions across diverse teams.
- Rigorously execute experiments, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
