Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that fuel adoption and growth.
Leverage market research and user feedback to refine positioning and messaging.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new products and features, ensuring alignment across teams.
Be the customer’s voice internally, driving user-first decisions across marketing and product.
Stay updated on industry trends and marketing innovations to keep Hike competitive.
Operations
Craft high-conversion marketing content — blog posts, emails, landing pages, in-app banners, and more.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and brand teams for cohesive execution.
Build relationships with influencers and partners to boost reach and engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize efforts.
3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in gaming or consumer-tech (B2C).
A proven track record of crafting customer-centric marketing strategies.
Sharp skills in interpreting customer insights, market trends, and performance data.
Creative thinking with an eye for building compelling product narratives and campaigns.
Experience launching and scaling products with strong focus on positioning, messaging, and segmentation.
Comfortable working with KPIs, analyzing ROI, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
Proficiency with tools such as Clevertap, Branch, or similar platforms.
Ability to collaborate with creative/design teams to produce standout marketing assets.
