Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that fuel adoption and growth.

  • Leverage market research and user feedback to refine positioning and messaging.

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new products and features, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Be the customer’s voice internally, driving user-first decisions across marketing and product.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and marketing innovations to keep Hike competitive.

Operations

  • Craft high-conversion marketing content — blog posts, emails, landing pages, in-app banners, and more.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and brand teams for cohesive execution.

  • Build relationships with influencers and partners to boost reach and engagement.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize efforts.

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in gaming or consumer-tech (B2C).

  • A proven track record of crafting customer-centric marketing strategies.

  • Sharp skills in interpreting customer insights, market trends, and performance data.

  • Creative thinking with an eye for building compelling product narratives and campaigns.

  • Experience launching and scaling products with strong focus on positioning, messaging, and segmentation.

  • Comfortable working with KPIs, analyzing ROI, and adjusting tactics accordingly.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Clevertap, Branch, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to collaborate with creative/design teams to produce standout marketing assets.
