Experience: 2 to 4 years in production/fabrication supervision
???? Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production operators and monitor overall workflow

Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; manage team performance and conduct appraisals

Recruit, train, mentor, and onboard new team members

Maintain and improve production processes and control points

Schedule production tasks, allocate resources, monitor progress, and revise work schedules

Ensure product quality by implementing and enforcing production standards

Oversee equipment maintenance and recommend new equipment/techniques

Analyse production data and prepare performance reports
