???? Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to join our technical team. You will support Java-based applications and composition engines such as Quadient and OpenText. You must be highly skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer support, with a focus on application stability and proactive monitoring.
???? Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for production issues, support tickets, and alerts
-
Perform root cause analysis, log analysis, and advanced troubleshooting
-
Provide solutions via code fixes, patches, or workarounds
-
Monitor infrastructure and application health; implement improvements
-
Communicate issues/escalations with logs, PCAPs, and metrics
-
Document outages, maintenance events, application flows, and resolution playbooks
-
Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams for operational excellence
-
Recommend & implement process improvements to reduce recurring issues
-
Learn and work on in-house products and proprietary tools
-
Create and manage service monitoring tools and alerting systems
???? Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
-
2+ years of technical production support experience
-
Strong command over MySQL and Unix/Linux commands
-
Understanding of programming principles (Java knowledge is a plus)

Familiarity with Kafka, AWS, or other cloud technologies

Ability to analyze application logs and monitor security best practices
-
Strong analytical mindset and ability to present technical insights

Willingness to work rotational night shifts
