Position Overview

As a Project Specialist, you will coordinate and manage non-IT projects across cross-functional teams—especially within FMCG, e-commerce, and digital marketing domains. You will drive operational efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals while working in a dual-shift remote setup.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

  • Coordinate with departments like supply chain, e-commerce, content, and design.

  • Monitor timelines and track deliverables using MS Project and project management tools.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management review.


Requirements

???? Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.

  • PMP Certification is mandatory.

???? Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in non-IT project management (FMCG experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with digital marketing workflows is a strong plus.

????️ Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.

  • Knowledge of FMCG operational areas: supply chain, e-commerce, graphic design, content writing.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Work Schedule & Setup

  • ???? Location: 100% Remote

  • ???? Fixed Dual Shifts:

    • Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST

    • Evening: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST


Compensation & Benefits

???? Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹10 LPA CTC
