Position Overview
As a Project Specialist, you will coordinate and manage non-IT projects across cross-functional teams—especially within FMCG, e-commerce, and digital marketing domains. You will drive operational efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals while working in a dual-shift remote setup.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Coordinate with departments like supply chain, e-commerce, content, and design.

Monitor timelines and track deliverables using MS Project and project management tools.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management review.
Requirements
???? Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.

PMP Certification is mandatory.
???? Experience

Minimum 5 years in non-IT project management (FMCG experience preferred).

Familiarity with digital marketing workflows is a strong plus.

Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.

Knowledge of FMCG operational areas: supply chain, e-commerce, graphic design, content writing.
