???? Role Overview
We are hiring a Proposal Writer to craft compelling and well-structured bids for US/UK Government Contracts. You’ll work with RFPs, use AI tools like ChatGPT, and create professional, visually appealing proposal documents using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Canva.
???? Key Responsibilities

Analyze 50+ page RFPs to understand scope and requirements.

Draft detailed (30+ page) proposals using AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Format and structure proposals for clarity using Word/Google Docs.

Design infographics, covers, and layouts using Canva.

Ensure compliance with all proposal guidelines and quality standards.

Organize proposal components into a well-structured document.
✅ Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Freshers welcome (no prior experience required).

90%+ in English in 10th and/or 12th (mandatory).

Excellent English writing, comprehension, and editing skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to summarize long documents.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Google Docs.

Basic Canva skills for visual enhancement.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
