Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for 3 experienced Quality Assurance Engineers to join our growing global team. If you're passionate about innovation, software quality, and automation, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Role & Responsibilities
???? Develop QA Strategies & Best Practices
- Create detailed test plans, define QA policies, and optimize testing coverage
- Evaluate and implement QA tools, technologies, and frameworks
???? Ensure Software Quality & Performance
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases
- Oversee test execution, monitoring, and reporting on quality metrics
- Define and lead regression testing cycles
???? Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Understand product vision, requirements, and customer use cases
???? Optimize & Automate Testing
- Maximize the use of automated testing to improve efficiency
- Implement performance and load testing frameworks
???? Support Client Releases & Deployment
- Prepare and test client releases before deployment
- Provide hands-on installation and update support for hosted client environments
???? Mentorship & Leadership
- Provide guidance to junior QA testers and project teams
- Assist in client discussions regarding QA processes and best practices
What You Bring (Required Skills & Experience)
✔ 4+ years of experience in software testing/QA roles
✔ Hands-on experience with relational databases (T-SQL preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of Agile processes, SDLC, and CI/CD
✔ Experience with TFS/Azure DevOps (preferred)
✔ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in collaborative teams
✔ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Bonus Skills (Preferred Qualifications)
???? Automated Testing Tools – Experience in test automation frameworks
???? Release Management – Strong background in deployment processes
???? Cloud & DevOps Knowledge – Exposure to cloud-based environments
