IT Web Services is a specialist in software application development. We are looking for dedicated resources to handle quality control in client management, in-house team management, and HR-related duties.
Client Side Responsibilities:
Understand and implement client onboarding strategies and improvements.
Develop and implement client satisfaction strategies.
Schedule calls with both new and old clients to collect feedback and provide solutions to any concerns.
Conduct manual training sessions with clients twice a month.
Monitor new client data entries and guide them step by step.
Follow proper email etiquette in communication.
In-house Responsibilities:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of each employee in different departments (Support, Development, QA) and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive overall quality improvement within the company.
Develop strategies for recovering outstanding payments from clients.
HR Responsibilities:
Post job requirements and manage recruitment processes.
Handle leave management and documentation.
Prepare and distribute salary slips.
Manage HR documentation and related administrative tasks.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home.
Ensure reliable internet connectivity and meet technical requirements for remote work.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality agreements.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management via digital channels.
Meet productivity, performance standards, and deadlines.
Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
