We are seeking a bilingual (Hindi & English) Remote Marketer to drive the growth of our agency by building brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging potential clients and referral partners. The ideal candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, community outreach, and the home care or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for client and caregiver acquisition

Engage with potential clients, families, and referral sources (e.g., hospitals, clinics, community organizations)

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO)

Create culturally relevant content in Hindi and English targeting diverse communities

Conduct outreach to Hindi-speaking populations, raising awareness about our services

Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract qualified home care aides

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI

Represent the agency in virtual community events, webinars, and online meetings
Qualifications

Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or home care

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media, SEO, and email marketing

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage goals in a remote setting

Understanding of home care services is a plus
