Job Description
We are seeking a female candidate with 2+ years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support to provide remote assistance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide remote technical support via phone, email, or chat.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
✔ Install, configure, and maintain IT systems for clients.
✔ Maintain and update client knowledge bases while documenting issues and solutions.
✔ Collaborate with engineers and escalate complex problems when necessary.
✔ Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Support (Required).
✅ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & IT system support.
✅ Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications.
✅ Excellent customer service & communication skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests.
