About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executives with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG or food retail sector, specifically in confectionery, dry fruits, mithai shops, bakeries, or wholesalers. This is a field sales role requiring market knowledge, strong networking skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for managing retail and wholesale accounts, building strong relationships with retailers, and expanding market penetration in your designated areas.
Key Responsibilities

Retail & Wholesale Account Management: Develop and manage retail and wholesale accounts within assigned areas (state/city-specific).

Market Visits: Regular visits to meet retailers and wholesalers to drive sales and strengthen relationships.

Distributor Management: Appoint and manage distributors to ensure effective market penetration.

Order Coordination: Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Sales Targets: Track and achieve monthly sales targets and report market feedback.

New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with retailers.
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail sales, preferably in the confectionery, dry fruits, or food industry.

Strong network and knowledge of A+ retail counters and regional retail markets.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Comfortable with regular field travel.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
