Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Provide accurate product information (features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to aid purchasing decisions
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Manage product returns
- Collaborate with the retail sales team to ensure excellent customer service, especially during peak hours
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the store manager
- Stay updated on new products and services
