We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and results-driven Retail Manager to join Musclestadt Sporternaerung India Private Limited, a premium brand specializing in organic functional superfoods. Our German-based parent company exports high-quality proteins, fruit smoothies, juices, chocolates, coffees, and baking premixes worldwide—and we’re bringing that excellence to India!
As a Retail Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and create a top-tier shopping experience for our customers.

✔️ Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
✔️ Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions.
✔️ Analyze sales data to develop & execute strategies that maximize revenue & profitability.
✔️ Ensure compliance with store policies & procedures for a safe working environment.
✔️ Ensure a high-quality shopping experience across all store locations.
✔️ Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
✔️ Collaborate with the visual merchandiser to create attractive product displays.
✔️ Handle customer inquiries & complaints to ensure satisfaction.
✔️ Manage and motivate retail staff, providing coaching & professional development support.
✔️ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
✔️ Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and campaigns.
✔️ Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels.
✔️ Conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate with suppliers.
✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: 3+ years as a Retail Manager or Store Manager.
✔️ Strong knowledge of retail operations & inventory management.
✔️ Understanding of sales techniques & customer service best practices in India.
✔️ Familiarity with POS systems & retail analytics.
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
✔️ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets & KPIs.
✔️ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
✔️ Multilingual proficiency (Preferred: German, French, Italian, or Spanish).
✅ Retail Management Certification or relevant certifications.
✅ Knowledge of inventory management & merchandising principles.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & retail management software.
✅ Understanding of e-commerce & online retail trends.
✅ Experience in AI-assisted Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
✅ Familiarity with social media management & content creation.
✅ Basic skills in photography, videography & Adobe Creative Suite.
✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays.
