Role Overview

As the Revenue Marketing Manager (India), you will lead go-to-market strategies, execute demand generation campaigns, and drive pipeline growth for the higher education sector. Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Marketing (EMEA & APAC), you will create and implement omnichannel marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

You will be responsible for end-to-end regional marketing execution, from ABM campaigns and PR initiatives to field events and digital outreach.


Key Responsibilities

???? Marketing Strategy & Project Management

✔ Develop multi-channel demand generation programs to build and convert the pipeline.
✔ Serve as the hub for cross-functional knowledge management (the "single source of truth").
✔ Identify blockers and solve challenges to improve marketing effectiveness.
✔ Communicate progress, risks, and key insights to stakeholders.

???? Regional & Campaign Planning

✔ Partner with functional marketing teams (content, events, performance, etc.) to execute regional strategy.
✔ Design tailored campaigns for the higher education sector in India.
✔ Coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to support sales efforts.
✔ Enhance D2L’s brand awareness as a leader in education transformation & skill development.
✔ Establish media, analyst, and industry relationships to amplify D2L’s presence in India.
✔ Track, report, and optimize marketing performance to ensure maximum impact.
✔ Represent D2L at conferences, roundtables, and industry events to showcase LMS expertise.


Required Skills & Experience

???? 5-7 years of B2B demand generation marketing experience (SaaS preferred but not required).
???? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
???? Knowledge of eLearning/education industry is a strong advantage.
???? Proven ability to execute & optimize campaigns with data-driven decision-making.
???? Creative problem solver with a results-oriented mindset.
???? Excellent collaboration & communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
???? Experience with Salesforce & ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) preferred.
Willingness to travel (~30%) for events, roundtables, and internal meetings.
???? Flexibility to work across time zones as needed.
