Roles and Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Assistance: Help clients identify and plan their ideal travel itineraries.
✔ GDS Expertise: Must be proficient in Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan.
✔ Ticketing & Sales: Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, date changes, refunds, and schedule modifications.
✔ PPC Call Management: Effectively convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings.
✔ Sales & Negotiation: Customize and negotiate travel packages based on customer needs.
✔ Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate guest details and travel information.
✔ Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
✔ Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and resolve trip-related issues.
✔ Follow-Ups: Keep strong follow-ups on leads and potential clients.
✔ Coordination: Work closely with airlines and handle customer interactions professionally.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales (Voice Process)
✅ Strong knowledge of international travel, including geography, city codes, and airport details
✅ Proficiency in GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan)
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Customer-focused and goal-oriented approach
